We’re excited to share an important update: Seeds of Health is now Direct Primary Care of West Michigan.

While our name is changing, our mission is not. This new name better reflects who we are, how we practice, and the community we serve. We remain deeply committed to relationship-based, accessible, and patient-centered care—without the rushed visits or barriers common in traditional healthcare.

Direct Primary Care of West Michigan clearly communicates our model and our purpose:

Seeds of Health will continue as our parent organization and nonprofit arm, supporting education, outreach, and health equity initiatives in our community.
